Ingredients Puff Pastry Sheets ~ 1 Packet Milk ~ 3 cups Milk Solids ~ 1 cup Sugar ~ 4 Tbs Cardamom powder ~ 1 Tbs Rose water ~ 2 Tbs Cream ~ 1 Cup Coconut powder  Almonds, Pistachios, cashew nuts, for topping Sugar ~ as Required\ Method Boil milk then add Milk Solids (Khoya), sugar, cardamom powder, and rose water, cook for about 10 to 15 minutes Meanwhile, bake puff pastry sheets till dark golden Now add cream into milk and give it a good whisk take, a serving tray and place half of the baked puff pastry sheets, and then sprinkle all the dry fruits and sugar then pour the half of the milk batter on them repeat the process  then bake at 180 degrees about 15 minutes. refrigerate after bake before being served.

Egg and potato curry ~ anday aloo ka salan

Ingredients: Oil ~ 1 cup Egg ~ 7 or as required  Potato ~ 5 medium  Tomato paste ~ 3 tomatoes Salt ~ to taste Turmeric powder ~ 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder ~ 2 tsp Coriander powder ~ 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste ~ 1 tbsp heaped or 2 tbsp leveled Onion ~ 3 large Green chilly ~ 2-3 paste Whole green chillies ~ 6 Coriander ~ for garnish Method: Heat oil. Add onion paste and fry till it turns pink and the smell is gone Add ginger-garlic paste + all powder  Add tomato and green chilly paste and potato in it. And cook for 5-6 mins Boil eggs and keep them aside. In the meantime, your curry would be getting prepared or it might actually be completed. Put whole green chillies in it once your curry is prepared. Garnish your curry with some coriander leaves. ANd your dish is ready.

Chocolate cake with coffee ganache

Ingredients: Flour ~ 1 cup Salt ~ 1/4 tsp Baking soda ~ 1/2 tsp Sugar ~ 1 cup Milk ~ 1/2 cup Vanilla essence ~ 1 tsp Cocoa powder ~ 1/2 cup Baking powder ~ 1/2 tsp Oil ~ 4 tbsp Egg ~ 1 Hot water ~ 1/2 cup FOR COFFEE GANACHE:- White chocolate ~ 250 gm Coffee ~ 1 tbsp Hot cream ~ 3/4 cup Milk ~ 1-2 tbsp Method: In a bowl, add flour + salt + baking powder + baking soda + cocoa powder and sift them all together. Add oil and gain mix well. In another bowl, add sugar + egg + milk + hot water all one by one. Mix the two bowls mixture together and add vanilla essence. Pour the batter into the pan and keep it in the oven on 180*C for 40 - 45 mins. For the coffee ganache, in a pan, boil one or two cups of water and place a bowl on top of the water and then melt white chocolate with hot cream. Ingredients: Minced chicken ~ 250 gm Egg ~ 1 Coriander powder ~ 2 tbsp Garam masala powder ~ 1/4 tsp Zeera powder ~ 1 tsp Salt ~ to taste Lemon juice ~ 1 tbsp Potato ~ 2 big ones boiled and mashed Green chilly ~ 2 chopped Red chilly powder ~ 1 tsp Black pepper powder ~ 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste ~ 1 tsp Oil ~ 1 tbsp Puff pastry ~ about 40 square sheets or more if you want Method: In a pot, heat the oil and fry minced chicken in it. Then add garam masala powder + red chilly powder + ginger garlic paste and fry again. Keep frying for about 4-5 minutes and then set it aside and let it cool. When it cools down, then add potatoes and mix well. Then add all the leftover ingredients all together ( egg + coriander powder + zeera powder +salt + lemon juice + green chilly) Preheat the oven at 180*C. Chocolate peanut butter cheesecake

Ingredients For chocolate- Butter ~ 1/2 cup Egg ~ 2 Flour ~ 1 1/4 cup Baking powder ~ 2 tsp Sugar ~ 1 cup Milk ~ 1/2 cup Cocoa powder ~ 1/2 cup Salt ~ 1/4 tsp (SAUCE):- 2 tsp coffee mixed in 1/4 cup boiled water and cooled.  For cheesecake- Cream cheese ~ 1 cup Creamy peanut butter ~ 1/4 cup Egg ~ 1 (big) Caster sugar ~ 1/3 cup Sour cream ~ 1/2 cup Corn flour ~ 1 tsp  Method In a bowl, add 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup butter and beat well. Add eggs one by one and keep beating. Then add 1/2 cup milk and beat again. Sift all dry ingredients (1 1/4 cup flour + 2 tsp baking powder + 1/2 cup cocoa powder + 1/4 tsp salt). And then add these in the beaten mixture above and beat again. Add coffee sauce and finally beat well. In a bowl, add peanut butter + caster sugar + sour cream + cornflour + egg and mix them. Add both the mixtures and bake them on 175c for 50 to 55 mins

Oreo ice cream

Ingredients Icing cream ~ 2 pkts Cream ~ 120 gms Cream Cheese ~ 120 gms Oreo ~ 2 pkts or as much as you want Cold milk ~ 100 ml Vanilla Essence ~ 1/2 tsp Condense Milk ~ 345 gms Method In a bowl, beat 100ml cold milk with 2pkts icing cream. When it is fluffy and it rises up, add 120gms cream and beat well. Then add 1/2 tsp vanilla essence with 120gms cream cheese and beat well. And then add 345gms condense milk and beat again. Finally, crush 2pkts of oreo and use it as the topping. Keep it in the freezer for 5-6 hours or until it sets.

No bake blueberry cheesecake

Ingredients Blueberries ~ 1 cup Sugar ~ 3 tbsp + 3tbsp Cream ~ 1/2 cup Gelatin ~ 2/3 tsp Cream Cheese ~ 8 oz Melted Butter ~ 3 tbsp Lemon Juice ~ 2 tbsp Gelatin again ~ 1 tbsp Yogurt ~ 1/2 cup Lemon Juice ~ 2 tsp Crushed Biscuits ~ 3 oz   Method First, add 1cup blueberries + 3tbsp sugar + 2tbsp lemon juice. Cook them. This is the sauce. Then, add 2/3tsp of gelatin in the mixture above. Separately add 8oz cream cheese + 1/2cup yoghurt + 2tsp lemon juice + 1/4cup cream + 3tbsp sugar. Then take the rest 1/4cup cream and heat it. Add 1tbsp gelatin. Add this cream mixture in the mixture stated in the 3rd point. Mix well. Divide this cream cheese mixture into 3 portions, in the 1st portion, remove the blueberry from the blueberry sauce you have made above and add it in it, in the 2nd portion, add a little sauce just to give it a color, and for the 3rd portion, you don't need to add anything. Oreo Cheese Cake (Baked)

Ingredients Cream cheese ~ 750 grams Sugar ~ 1 cup vanilla essence ~ 1 Tsp sour cream ~ 1 cup eggs ~ 4  Oreo biscuits ~ 250 grams butter ~ 50 grams crushed Oreos Method finely chop biscuits then add melted butter after that, place evenly in the baking pan and refrigerate (for preparing biscuit base) now, beat cream cheese with sugar till my appearance then add vanilla essence, sour cream, and eggs together add crushed Oreos (estimable) in it pour this batter over the biscuit base bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour at 180 degree refrigerate for 4 hours decorate with some Oreos and icing cream or Nutella  ( you can Nutella in the batter to produce chocolate oreo cheesecake) note: it is necessary that center cake must be jiggly when you turn off the oven.

Ingredients Butter ~ 150 grams eggs ~ 2  Vanilla Essence ~ 2 Tsp Sour Cream ~ 1/2 cup All-purpose flour ~ 3/4 cup Baking soda ~ 1 1/2 Tsp Brown Sugar ~ 2/3 cup Caster sugar ~ 2/3 cup buttermilk ~ 1 Cup Coffee ~ 2 Tbs cocoa powder ~ 1 cup salt ~ 1/2 Tsp Method Preheat oven at 350 degree First, mix butter and both the sugars together then add eggs and beat easily mix buttermilk, sour cream, coffee, and vanilla essence separately now mix both the solutions together sieve all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, cocoa powder and mix it with the mixtures obtained before now pour the batter into cups and bake for 20-25 minutes

Coffee Chocolate truffles

Ingredients Thick cream ~ 3/4 cup espresso coffee powder ~ 4 Tsp butter ~ 2 Tbs chopped chocolate bars ~ 10 ounce  Method heat thick cream, coffee, butter, until boiled now remove the saucepan from heat now add chopped chocolate and stir well refrigerate, then form a spherical truffles roll them in some cocoa powder before serving.
